Changes

Seems my summer vacation is coming to an end. Hopefully all my major business will be concluded before I leave. This summer sucked really hard in some ways, but in other ways it was the best one in a long time. Maybe the best ever. I owe that part to having my siblings here. It gave my time here a whole new dimension.

Other than that, I've decided to alter the way I dress. That will take effect once I get back, inshallah. There are a few procedures to remove the spots and skin discolorations on my face and neck that I plan on submitting myself to. I really want to add a gym membership to all these plans, but I don't see how I could fit that in if I'm working all day. The ideal time would be in the morning, but I hope to be busy then. So...looks like I should buy myself a stationary bike. They're more reasonable than treadmills and burn more calories.

I guess the biggest change will be the divorce.....ugh, I can't think about that right now. Anyways, this all means nothing if we get back and then die of starvation since we're going back broke. If that ends up being the case, I'll make sure that with the last ounce of energy I possess (before I slip into a hunger-induced coma) I freaking stab hubby for getting us into that situation in the first place.

On second thought, as evil as I am, I don't want to end up in hell for murder...

Don't you guys have a credit card?

Well, he has his Kuwait-issued card. But I need a US-issued one for business and independence purposes.

No, I was meaning like how is it possible for a person with a credit card to starve? Can't they just like charge food to the card as long as it isn't maxed out?

Weeeeelll, sis, the thing is, his card is maxed out. At least, the way he tells it, unless he puts money on it he can't really use it or they'll snatch money out of his bank account. Regardless, one would do best not to depend on him for such things.
